For 15 years, Dr. Patrice Moulton has dedicated her heart and expertise to empowering girls and strengthening global education systems. As Vice President of the U.S. Board for Empower Nepali Girls, she has helped sponsor girls’ education in Nepal which is creating life-changing opportunities and generational ripple effects. Her commitment to Nepal deepened through her 2018 Fulbright to Nepal, where she worked in higher education to help develop one of the country’s first master’s degrees in psychology, an initiative that continues to impact students and communities today.
Each year, Dr. Moulton leads a team of volunteers on a service-learning trip to Nepal, connecting education, mentorship, and global engagement. For her, it’s all interconnected: teaching, designing curriculum, coding, editing, mentoring graduate thesis research, and sponsoring girls’ education are part of one unified mission: expanding access and opportunity.
